If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7 working days for the refund to process.
3. Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange for an exchange.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.
