Scrub Sleeve does not offer free shipping unless clearly specified for promotional purposes

5. Shipping Locations:

Scrub Sleeve currently ships within Australia only.

We do not ship to international locations.

7. Delivery Address:

9. Delivery Acceptance:

Someone must be present at the delivery address to accept the package during business hours.

If no one is available, the courier may leave a calling card with instructions on how to collect your parcel.

10. Lost or Damaged Items:

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

11. Returns Due to Incorrect Address:

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
